Terms & Conditions
Automatic Billing: Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly schedule on the same calendar day as initial signup using the
primary payment method on file.
Monthly Redemption & Expiration: Monthly treatment benefits are designed to encourage consistent care and must be used
within the active billing month. Unused monthly treatment credits do not roll over to subsequent months.
Gifting Allowance: A member may gift their included monthly treatment to a friend or family member once per calendar year.
Notice must be provided to management at the time of booking.
Non-Transferability: Except for the single annual gift exception, all membership benefits, discounted pricing, and treatment
credits are non-transferable and designated exclusively for the named account holder.
Discount Policy: Member-exclusive discounts cannot be combined with seasonal packages, promotional specials, or third-party
offers.
Commitment & Cancellation: All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial 3-month period,
memberships automatically transition to a month-to-month agreement. A 30-day written notice is required prior to your next
billing date to cancel or pause your account.
