We require:
24 hours’ notice for appointments under 2 hours.
48 hours’ notice for longer or group appointments.
Late cancellations may incur a $75 fee, and no-shows may be charged $150

If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid disrupting other clients.

Opened skincare products cannot be returned. Unopened products may be exchanged within 14 days. Services are non-refundable, but we’ll work with you to adjust your plan if needed.
